Is this really 100% remote?

Yes. Instructor-led training, SOC shifts, and mentoring are all delivered virtually. Students need a reliable internet connection and a computer — no physical lab or campus presence required.

What background do students need?

Ideal candidates have an IT background — help desk, sysadmin, network tech, or similar. They don't need a cybersecurity background, but they need to understand how computers and networks work before they sit in a SOC.

How does the paid employment work?
