There is a massive and growing shortage of cyber securiyt professionals. The problem is two-fold: filling the current gaps while preparing the next workforce generation. The solution requires that the public and private sectors work together to create scalable models for cybersecurity training and job placement.  In order to recruit and retain skilled personnel, together they must incorporate a new approach for leveraging capital and next generation training systems that meet the needs of employers across all industry categories. In this session we will review innovative new models for cyber training in particular experiential learning and OJT and how these models lead to better employment outcomes and help grow our regional workforce.
