About Us
WHO WE ARE
Transmosis is a nationally recognized cyber security workforce developer that enables American workers to develop new careers in the rapidly growing information security industry.
Transmosis workforce coalitions have upskilled thousands of workers and facilitated over $50M in funding by helping individuals address skill gaps through state and federal training dollars.
Transmosis’ proprietary cybersecurity security analyst training model is integrated into our sister company www.eSure.AI, a next-generation cyber insurance and protection platform for small business.
MISSION
Our mission is to build our future cybersecurity workforce through next-generation on-the-job training programs.
WHY
American workers are facing significant challenges today: the “robotization” of jobs, offshoring, layoffs in multiple industry sectors, and a lack of skills in the rapidly growing information technology sector. Now more than ever we need to build “new” American workers to protect small business and our critical infrastructure.
WHO WE ARE
Transmosis is an organization founded by Silicon Valley technology entrepreneurs dedicated to strengthening the American workforce and protecting American small business.
WHO WE SERVE
Students, career changers, veterans, youth, under/unemployed, displaced workers, and those with disabilities. We are ruthless in our pursuit of helping others.

TRANSFORMING OUR FUTURE
Technology is accelerating the transformation of every major American industry, whether you work directly for a technology company or not. Unfortunately, our labor force has not changed along with it and more and more Americans are being left out of this amazing revolution. Like American industry, our workforce needs to be cutting edge and adaptable.
