About Us

Transmosis is a nationally recognized cyber security workforce developer that enables American workers to develop new careers in the rapidly growing information security industry.

Transmosis workforce coalitions have upskilled thousands of workers and facilitated over $50M in funding by helping individuals address skill gaps through state and federal training dollars.

Transmosis’ proprietary virtual cybersecurity security analyst training model serves as the foundation of CyberOPS, a military grade cyber security platform designed to protect small businesses from cyber attack.

Our mission is to protect American small businesses from cyber attack while building a strong national cyber security workforce.

American workers are facing significant challenges today:  the “robotization” of jobs, offshoring, layoffs in multiple industry sectors, and a lack of skills in the rapidly growing information technology sector.  Now more than ever we need to build “new” American workers to protect small business and our critical infrastructure.

Transmosis is an organization founded by Silicon Valley technology entrepreneurs dedicated to strengthening the American workforce and protecting American small business.

Students, career changers, veterans, youth, under/unemployed, displaced workers, and those with disabilities.  We are ruthless in our pursuit of helping others.

Transmosis consortiums have won numerous grants and awards including:

  • Nevada STEM WorkForce Challenge Grant from the Governor’s Office of Science, Innovations and Technology (OSIT) to develop a new Cybersecurity workforce training program in Southern Nevada.
  • Multiple recipient of the Workforce Accelerator Fund (the California Workforce Investment Board and the Employment Development Department funded projects that accelerate employment and re-employment strategies for California job seekers).
  • Multiple recipient of Maryland EARN Program. EARN Maryland is a state-funded, competitive workforce development grant program that is industry-led, regional in focus, and a proven strategy for helping businesses cultivate the skilled workforce they need to compete.

  • Co-recipient with McKinsey Social Initiative of the State of Nevada Governor’s Office STEM Workforce Challenge Grant to train local workers into the IT industry.

Technology is accelerating the transformation of every major American industry, whether you work directly for a technology company or not. Unfortunately, our labor force has not changed along with it and more and more Americans are being left out of this amazing revolution. Like American industry, our workforce needs to be cutting edge and adaptable.
